The Presbytery de Cristo is hereby called to meet for a Meeting on Saturday, September 26, 2026 in person (only) hosted by St. John on the Desert Presbyterian Church, Tucson. There is no Zoom option. The Call to Order is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.  Pre Registration will be available on-line with further instructions provided prior to the meeting.

 

 

Major item of business to be conducted at the meeting:

·      Worship with Communion

·      Normal Presbytery Business  

·      Presentation and approval of the 2027 Presbytery budget and the combined budget

·      Presentation by the NWC – Hearth and service to Silver City and the surrounding area

·      Report from Mission Committee

·      Report from George Prohaska, the interim Stated Clerk and administrator of the Synod of the Southwest

·      Renewal of the Combined Staffing plan with Grand Canyon for 27, 28 and 29

·      Lunch will be provided by T Baker for $15.00 and is the primary reason for early on-line registration

 

The complete packet with a final agenda will be posted for downloading on Friday, September 19, 2026 on the Presbytery website www.azpresbyteries.org  and commissioners are responsible for printing their own materials.
