There is a zoom option for those unable to attend in person in Tucson. To be able to attend the Zoom meeting option, you must contact the Stated Clerk by email ( pbyclerk@gmail.com ) to register and receive the login information for the Zoom option. In the email request, if you are a commissioner to the Presbytery, please include the name of the church you will be representing. These requests must be received before 5:00 pm on October 24 to be able to use the zoom option. No requests will be accepted after this date and time.

 

Ruling Elder Commissioner representation numbers for each congregation for all meetings in 2024 have been sent to the Clerks of Session for each of the churches.  If you cannot find that information, contact the Stated Clerk for clarification.

 

As a reminder, there is one major item of business to be conducted, voting on the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution, as ordered by the 226th General Assembly.  To assist in your understanding of the proposed amendments, we are providing:

The voting procedure for the Presbytery Meeting, as it will appear as an item of business in the agenda for the meeting.

 

The complete packet with a final agenda will be posted for downloading on Friday, October 18, 2024, on the Presbytery website  www.azpresbyteries.org  and commissioners are responsible for printing their own materials.
